Chad W. Graham – Principal Lawyer

Chad Graham is excited about working with you. He is passionate about partnering with individuals, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profit organizations to address their legal needs. A graduate of the University of Alberta Law School, he developed a solicitor’s practice at Richards + Company, where he was mentored by one of Alberta’s most respected and capable business lawyers.

Chad’s journey into law was a little different from most people’s. Before attending law school, he spent ten years as an Evangelical Free Church minister and a regional catalyst for church planting and revitalization. In case you are wondering, yes, he has been asked what it is like to “transfer from working for the firm upstairs to the one down below!”

An in-demand guest speaker and consultant in leadership, not-for-profit, financial planning, and strategic fundraising, he continues to speak and write. Chad conducts seminars on ethics-based leadership (eg recently a keynote speaker for the RCMP and Christian Medical & Dental Association). He coaches multiple youth sports and plays recreational hockey and soccer.

Chad graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law with his JD in 2019, and was awarded the Gary J. Bigg Award for Advocacy in Law. Chad is currently a member of:

  • the steering committee for the Anglican Legal Society;
  • the Christian Legal Fellowship;
  • the Evangelical Theological Society;
  • the national board for Christianity Explored Ministries Canada, and
